2016 Arts Ed Partners Institute: Apply NowFriday, February 5, 2016

Eastern Suffolk BOCES Arts in Education is holding its annual Arts Education Partner Institute on April 7-8, 2016 in Bellport, NY. Among the goals of two-day program, which is funded through a generous US Department of Education Arts integration grant, are to:

• Explore current creative pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment models
• Practice of strategies for student-centered, cognitive, and social learning
• Build partnerships between the schools, teaching artists and their organizations

Professional writers, visual and performing artists, and cultural organization educators are welcomed to apply for this training. There is no cost to those who are accepted into the program.
